MOLMOL Library Broken Link Fixed

To everyone that tried to download the link: http://www.bchs.uh.edu/~glegge/phospho_lib/lib/amber94.lib from the website, I am sorry that link from the installation guide for the phosphoresidue libraries was broken. It has been brought to my attention and now I have updated the file.
