Ready to Look at an Old Sample

Well early this morning I was able to get on the Bruker 600 and set up my sample. The temperature was set via edte to 293K and the lock looks good on this sample. Last week I had some difficulty locking (h20/d20) a sample with a small volume (I had a low concentration so wanted to minimize the volume). This sample lock right away and the tune and match procedure (atmm) went well. After shimming (gradshim) the sample I am ready to start to optimize the pulse program. I will show you the spectra once it is process.
