Innovations in Nanoscale Modeling and Imaging of Biological Systems.

We are wrapping up this workshop today with an interesting talk from Masahide Kikkawa and others on Helical Reconstruction. This followed many talks image filtering and model fitting. Many software packages including Situs by Dr. Wriggers and Signature by Dr. James Chen were presented. One of my favorite points of discussion was by John Stone the author of VMD.
