AMBER Libraries

I now am testing a web page layout to download the phospho_lib tar files. Right now I have a mirror on my blogger space (http://members.aol.com/jjwwcraft/phospho_lib/index.html), and I am building a version for the UH web server. Hopefully I can polish the pages and text so that I can close out this project and make the libraries and MATLAB script available to the user community.
